STIHL 4-MIX engine
The four-stroke STIHL 4-MIX engine is lubricated by the fuel mixture, combining features of two-stroke and four-stroke designs. Oil in the fuel mixture provides lubrication, so it does not need the separate lubrication system of a conventional four-stroke engine.
Cutting attachments and handling
- The anti-vibration system helps reduce vibration at the handles.
- AutoCut C 26-2 Comfort advances the line when the rotating head is tapped on the ground and can be refilled without dismantling the head.
- 250 mm three-tooth blade for grass, tough stems and light woody growth.
- An optional 200 mm circular saw blade can be used for clearing brush in woodland and along ditch banks, with the appropriate saw-blade guard.
- Suitable STIHL sharpening and setting tools can be used to maintain the circular saw blade.
