Wera 8790 A VDE insulated socket 4.5 mm, 1/4″, 41 mm. Insulated Zyklop socket for external hexagon fasteners. The 1/4-inch square drive is intended for a matching insulated hand tool. Each socket is individually tested at 10,000 V to IEC 60900; the approved working voltage is up to 1,000 V. Two-component insulation consists of a yellow inner layer and a red outer layer. The yellow layer becomes visible if the outer layer is damaged, helping to reveal a defect. The plastic sleeve helps prevent damage to surrounding surfaces. Overall length is 41 mm.
